Assistant Nurse Manager – Neuro Rehab Nights

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an AssistantNurseManager (ANM) in our Neuro Rehab unit. The ANM will provide clinical leadership and management for patients, consistent with the philosophy and goals of the institution. The role of the ANM will involve assisting the NurseManager to develop and sustain an environment of excellence in patient/family services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, growth and development of staff, and to apply evidence based practice to improve patient care.

To qualify you must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, Master’s degree preferred with at least five years of clinical experience. Current NYS RN license and registration is required with certification(s) in specialty preferred. The successful candidate will possess the ability to apply nursing process toward achievement of specific outcomes in an organized fashion which addresses patient/family satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and creative problem solving skills are required. Prior leadership experience is a plus.
